This rundown looking shack (with wooden tables, benches and rolls of paper towels) is the kind of building you would never walk into unless someone told you about it. We're telling you it had our favorite BBQ sandwich on the road, and Sandra especially likes it because there are women cooking BBQ here.

The pungent aroma of BBQ permeates the joint, since the building was built around the hickory smokin' oven. The menu is simple: chopped pork, beef, ribs with 2 homemade sides - potato salad macaroni, cole slaw, bbq beans. You really do not need to add any of the dozens of hot sauces, and you can buy their BBQ sauce to try to make it at home. Yeah, right!
